Role Play Scenario: Selling pet accessories

Introduction: We are a local independent organization aiming to sell the most suitable dog and cat accessories for your pets, including items ranging from toys and feeding accessories to collars, bedding and clothing.

Shooting Questions:

For the winter seasons, would you prefer sweaters or coats for your pet?

Are you concerned that your pets are in need of specific kinds of feeders such as raised dishes due to medical conditions?

Do you like your pet accessories to be in plain colours or alternate patterns?

Would you prefer to own regular silent toys or interactive toys that produce sound for your pets?

Does your dog or cat have any skin allergies to certain materials?

Would you like your pet’s name stitched onto the material? If so, would you, for example want a specific design on each side?

 

What would you be more inclined to purchase out of the following:

          A.  Toys

          B.  Clothing and worn accessories

               C. Pet bowls/feeders

          D.  Bedding and furniture

Fishing Questions:

What style of bedding would you like for your cat or dog? (e.g. heated bed, woollen blankets, polar fleece, trampoline beds.)

What size category does your pet fall under for clothing and collar fittings?

What is your pet’s regular type of behaviour? Depending, we can suggest a suitable solution such as muzzles or harnesses that provide comfortability.

Creative Module: Assessment Task - Mind Map

For my assessment task in the Creative Module section of my course I was asked, among other things, to brainstorm a project of our choice by writing down ideas in a proper creative structure and turn the ideas into a Mind Map.

I decided my project was going to be an advertisement of marine and wildlife safety. Below is the resulted Mind Map:

2D Animation - Task 01: Kitchen Disaster

In this assignment, I was asked to make a design using Adobe Animate (Flash Professional) and Adobe Illustrator to represent a common kitchen disaster. I drew the cake and the little paw pads using the pen tool in Animate, whereas the cat and the large paw pads were designed in Illustrator. I used Illustrator because the cat and the large paw used more curves and the Illustrator pen tool has more refined paths.
